Casey Smith ,He was very nice and had no judgment I'm a larger lady he told me how to loose weight and not suffer through the process I appreciate that for sure and helping me with the pain in my back and staff was nice thank you all so much 😊
Dr. Smith was an absolute professional. I was scared to death about my future. He just kept speaking positively about everything. I know we are far from done with my procedures. This is the second time I have used Tulsa Bone and joint, and I believed the first time that they are the best at what they do. And my experience with doctor Casey and his staff, makes me believe even stronger that my first opinion was correct. The ladies and gentlemen who work for Tulsa Bone and Joint ARE the best. Office staff does not communicate. They lie and put notes in your chart and say they do but they don’t. After waiting 6 months for appointment arrived at office to be told it was cancelled. However, they sent me a text at 0910 asking me to check in for my daughter’s appointment that was scheduled at 0940. I arrived 2 minutes after that for them to tell me it was cancelled. Needless to say Dr Smith lost a patient today due to no communication by his office staff.
Dr Smith truly is the Best doctor . He explained everything in detail. I never feel rushed. Surgery was the last option even though I ended up needing it. But I appreciate him not rushing into it. I had my surgery he did amazing and took great care of me, he truly is an amazing person and a wonderful doctor, highly recommend him.
