This place is the ghetto of Westfield. Children are constantly unattended. There is always garbage around the dumpsters. They are horrible at salting the sidewalks and snow removal. They have a lot of section 8 people. Which would not be a problem if they supervised their children! There are always several police cars in the complex due to issues. The regular "market rate" apartments are not any cheaper than apartments in Carmel. I am moving back to Camel when my lease is up.
The maintenance guys are awesome! Hats off to Matt and Arthur! Lots of turnover in the office, but hope that is being resolved. Apartments are beautiful and spacious. Very nice and friendly neighbors. My only wish would be that the apartments were subsidized. I am on fixed income now and will have to move soon.
Not only is the community well kept and beautiful, but the units are spacious and reasonably priced. My experience with the staff has been wonderful, especially the manager of the community. The management here actually care about their residents and strive to maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment, and that is something not easily found in apartment living. Very deserving of 5 stars!
You could not have a better Maintanance Team than what they have here.
I have lived here since Febuary. I have had nothing but wonderful experience. I can put a request into maintance and by the next day it is taken care of. Since I have never had anything major to worry about this is fast reply. Matt has shown nothing but upmost respect to me and my family. Just for your FYI you have a maintenance man who is very rude. He knows who he is. If you can't treat tenants with respect then maybe it time you find a different line of work. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my entire life. If this is the way he wants to treat tenants then I would prefer your maintenance man who knows how to treat people with respect to fix any issues that come up in which we would need fixed. They have different employees in the office like every week! Definitely don't plan on getting anything fixed without getting rude customer service until you reach corporate and even then I still didn't get anything I wanted they just fixed their mistakes after me asking and begging for about 5 months! Not impressed!
