RecommendedOnly issue I have is trying to figure out how to call for emergency maintenance. No option on portal- no option on phone line.::

Poor management, trash everywhere all the time, lackluster amenities and accommodations for what you pay. I can’t repeat this enough management needs changed!!

I guess nothing has changed over the years there. I don't need to move to downtown Indy for ghetto
I've lived at Casey Acres for about 6 months and I must say the maintenance department s vantastic. They regularly check clean and change my furnace filter. They check my appliances and fire extinguisher making sure they all work properly without being asked . But I was most impressed by the the removal of the snow and ice. This team worked day and night salting and shoveling before and after the storm. I know I made the right choice by moving into this complex.
Great place great community. The residents at casey acres are all very friendly.
