Lived here for about 1 year 9 months and recently moved out (into another complex, that is argueably better). First issue: lived in a unit by the back pool, I smelled weed 5 days out of the week. Walked my dog one night and you can could see everyone lighting up on their balconies, just smoking bongs and joints out in the open. My upstairs neighbor smoked every day, and I remember waking up on the weekend at 6am a few times cause it was SO strong. Rip Off big time on the bills, deposits, rent payments. Nice location but this about it. Your water bill for example can be 1/3 of your Monthly rent, even tho you don't have wash machine and drier, no dish washer in use also ( no need for 1 person to live in). Look like they just split whole payment for the building between residents, same with electricity. I live here in these apartments currently they are nice with nice amenities! If there’s a maintenance problem they are very good at responding in a timely manner. Now what I didn’t know was people steal your packages which is unacceptable. When you inform the office there’s nothing they can do they do suggest getting a ring doorbell. That’s something you might want/need to before deciding to move here.
