Don’t move here if you expect things to be fixed correctly and safely. I lived there just over a year and found out that I’m allergic to mold. Upon moving in the apartment had a strange smell like chemicals. I always thought it was strange, but after a while it wore off. While living there, I had nine maintenance requests. The first three were for burners on my electric stove. It took them three times to fix them. The second three was for a sprayer on the faucet in the kitchen. The staff and overall tenants at the apartment are very nice. I feel safe and secure living here, especially with the gates. The parking lot has been redone making it harder to find parking near my apartment but my car has always been secure even if I can't see it from my window. Any time I have placed a maintenance ticket they have always responded in a timely manner and my issues have been resolved immediately. They even have a after hours help line in case of emergency mantainence and security is needed.
