This company is unorganized and shady. DO NOT TRUST THEM
Do not rent through cascade. When I moved in I was supposed to be in one apartment, but when I went to get my key at the time they had told me to be there they told me to come back later. After trying 2 more times, I went out to the property without the key to let myself in (why was it unlocked!?!) and it was completely unfinished. The was paint and mud all over the tile and carpet, the cupboards were literally falling off the wall, the fridge was not in place, there was not a single light fixture installed, there were holes... read more
