what makes a home feel like home is the people that surround it. This is a lovely little community. From the leasing staff- AJ and Paul, who both went above and beyond with helping us throughout the process, to the maintenance guys who greeted us with a smile.
Excellent customer service and genuine care from the cascadia staff. The moving in process and help has been very attentive, specifically the first person to help me and get me started was AJ, he showed me the benefits and made me feel like I would have many helpful resources throughout the move and living here. It’s been a great living experience so far.
This place is a joke.
From the day i came into the office to meet with Paul, to the many calls to chris for additional info and help navigating my move in process, the staff has gone above and beyond through the entire process. They made it very straight forward, and clear. Anyone looking to move here; the staff was very friendly and professional. All that you want in a property management office. Thank you paul and Chris for going the extra mile to take care of me and my move in! 5 stars!
Reasonably priced for the area. There are some issues with the building and the parking lot, but those are being addressed. Maintenance has been very responsive and have fixed everything we've requested within a reasonable time frame. Management has been wonderful. Good management and maintenance make all the difference.
