Had a great experience with them during the leasing process and I especially appreciated the help of the assistant property manager, AJ. I called with lots of questions about the application and he, as well as the property manger Paul, were very helpful. The apartments were bright and had lots of storage, trees and flowers all around, and pretty quiet considering how close it is to the hustle and bustle. Seems like a nice place for families, there were lots of kids out playing!

what makes a home feel like home is the people that surround it. This is a lovely little community. From the leasing staff- AJ and Paul, who both went above and beyond with helping us throughout the process, to the maintenance guys who greeted us with a smile.
Excellent customer service and genuine care from the cascadia staff. The moving in process and help has been very attentive, specifically the first person to help me and get me started was AJ, he showed me the benefits and made me feel like I would have many helpful resources throughout the move and living here. It’s been a great living experience so far.
This place is a joke.
