Reasonably priced for the area. There are some issues with the building and the parking lot, but those are being addressed. Maintenance has been very responsive and have fixed everything we've requested within a reasonable time frame. Management has been wonderful. Good management and maintenance make all the difference. We moved in about 3 years ago and all was fine rent was cheap the spot were cheap trash was picked up and maintenance team was great… it is no longer like that now everything has changed rent is now very expensive for the area the trash get piled up so bad every weekend their are rats running through it and everything because it get so bad and also are building has been infested with roaches multiple times because of the dumpster. This apartment complex has no security for their parking , multiple cars have been vandalized, everyone knows who it is , Leasing agents don’t take action, at the end of the day it’s a huge liability to live here . They have a mentality sick tenant who goes around at night smashing car windows! No actions are taken to prevent this, so don’t live here
Enough with the leaf blowers! They should be banned. It’s an incredibly unpleasant sound and it damages hearing. (Sal’s landscaping)
