Wonderful people and wonderful units. Staff very friendly, unique experiences offered living here.
Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. There is a lack of communication and accountability from management, and maintenance repairs are often delayed or not completed in a timely manner. Residents deserve prompt responses and proper upkeep of their homes. I hope improvements are made in both management and maintenance services.
The reason I’m giving five stars is because of these reasons. When something goes wrong they fix what yall saying on here is false this is a quiet neighborhood my 3 kids can play outside with no issues. Maintenance responds quick. All I’m a say is when you get new management change doesn’t happen over night PAY YOUR RENT AND THEY CAN UPGRADE this place is being reconstructed so in order to do so it takes time ONE MAINTENANCE MAN CAN DO IT IN 24 hours. Ms.Kelly the property manager and the maintenance guy Matt has been nothing but awesome to me and my kids since we moved in on Friday. They both open their arms with love and joy and welcome us home as we moved into our new apartment. They both are awesome and amazing.
