I did the couples hour swedish massage with my husband. Ask for Lisa, she does a great job ensuring you're comfortable and really got the tension/knots out of my neck. Go for the essential oils too, it makes a big difference. Will definitely return!

It is a journey to better habits and better thinking about our body's function. :)
My daughter was in great pain from an injury. Dr. Winseck helped us every step of the way in properly diagnosing her problem. He made recommendations regarding next steps. Due to his recommendations and judgement she is now pain free and back to her normal activities. including competitive swimming.
