This is the most awful service I have ever seen I can't get a hold of my DR. the phone tree is crazy the name on here is my wifes and she doesn't even go to vancouver clinic nobody returns calls I am very disappointed. I don't know how they can stay in business. I am surprised they haven't been put out of business. They should be!

I hate the fact that they bought the practice from Cascade and then are shutting it down. It really affects our lives and I do not recommend them to anyone who would do this.

I have not submitted nor was asked to review my medical team as indicated on the cover letter. However , it was a very good clinic and also had great doctors and staff. After going to this clinic for 18 years it is sad and upsetting that it is closing and to receive care in the same medical group Vancover Clinic, it is necessary to drive a distance in high traffic areas. After the clinic was sold, it was very hard to arrange appointments or seek advice directly through the clinic, only by e-mail and/or through main number.
