I used Cascade Pest Control for years. In April there was a rodent in my attic, first the technician couldn't identify what it was. It then took 4 months of checking traps, rodents weren't taking the bait. The technician said he would talk to his manager, crickets. I called to talk to the manager and he came to my house. He knew nothing about what had been going on. His comment was that the technician and the other manager that had been to my house were "old and think they know everything". calls always go to a voice-mail message. don't expect a reply soon to your message if you have a immediate problem. if you have a immediate or must talk to person problem during business hours don't wait on these people. skip and go to the next.
About a month ago, we heard sounds coming from behind our livingroom wall near the chimney and the sound continued for several days. Sakhom did a free inspection on 6/8/26 . Sakhom is very knowledgeable, he explained how and what to do, for example Sakhom ask me to get a cover for my dry exhaust vent..very nice and polite.
I noticed tiny ants near my bathroom sink and later they started appearing in the kitchen too. The technician arrived in the afternoon and inspected both areas carefully, including tile joints and pipe connections. He found a small leak behind the sink cabinet that was likely attracting them.
