Honestly I lived there for 5 years and I have never had a problem at all. Maintenance always came in a timely fashion and the rental office was very very nice. Now the parking lot and where the mailbox was didn’t look safe at all so I would have a mail family member take my trash and check my mail.
Staff was very nice and accommodating!
I have lived here for 6 months and have never been given a key to my mailbox! Yesterday my key to the main door of the building stopped working!
