After calling me multiple times to confirm, they canceled my appointment and said they can't see me for 3 months. They didn't help with an alternative, when I asked questions, they had no answers for me. Will not use this clinic ever. Terrible care and terrible customer service.
Dr.hegewald helped me with identifying the problem with my foot he put me in the X-ray room on my very first visit to his office , his findings was of very important “need care” he explained his findings where I was able to really understand the first time he explained them to me “wow” , he has cared for my foot injury for the pass “18” months my foot is super good and improving daily his office staff is Johnny on the spot and they make you feel comfortable, they call a few days early with a friendly reminder of your up comi... read more
All three stars are for Dr. Hegewald. Excellent person, explains everything,... Staff and procedures are very questionable. "Lost" our FMLA paperwork work, so I brought a new copy down. Just to find they actually did have it. Document management shouldn't be in question in healthcare? First visit, we were told we might not be seen since we were three minutes late. Got it. Horrible experience all around. Double billed me twice! I ordered orthotics and paid for them at order. Also paid first bill as soon as it was received. Now without any kind of itemized bill they are asking me to pay an additional 258 bucks. So two visits cost me over $800 bucks.Just seemed dishonest all the way through.
I missed an appointment because I had a unrelated medical problem. Now they don't want to see me. F###k Cascade orthopedics
