Really disappointed in CascadeMountain I have a disability that greatly affects my balance. And your moving walk way with NO useable handrail is a joke! I fell TWICE, injured myself, and was presented with no alternative option. So thank you for assuring that I never return.
I was very impressed with all the different options that I could go on. One thing that was VERY disappointing was the employees that I had encountered. Two separate occasions employees went out of their way to make rude remarks when they could have kindly asked in a different way. For example I was sitting down strapping in my snowboard and two other random strangers sat by me strapping in theirs and a worker skied by and said “ might as well link arms since you’re blocking the whole area.” All he could have said is “ next t... read more
