When the service department had a little "oopsie" with my break-in service they took care of it immediately, apologized profusely and gave me a Chevron gas gift card for my inconvenience. Bought my Tiger Explorer XC here a year ago. Love the bike, love the service from Cascade Moto. Rode 350 miles today, 120 off road. Great bike!
