Bought a triumph on consignment there 4 months ago and the battery went south fast. Today, the bike wouldn't start and they came out and got the bike, put in a new battery (even though it wasn't under extended warranty) and sent me on my way. Above and beyond the call of duty - amazing customer service. Thanks Kelly, Janice, and Brant and team!

Super friendly and nice. I haven't owned my own motorcycle in about 20 years. Wayne walked me through all the changes and improvements that happened in the past 20 years. Since I've always owned Japanese bikes, there some small differences Wayne had to go over when I opted for a 2013 Bonneville, like the 'pub light'...Makes me want to go order a pint
The five star rating needs to be changed to six stars because Cascade is a six star operation.
Randy was great and easy to work with, got the Bike I wanted at a fair price. Now to find the best exhaust to add a rumble to my Speedmaster.
First time here after buying my 2009 Thruxton from another dealer. Wow! I wa greeted by three people, they offered to help find what I was looking for, bs'd a few & I was off. They even let me drool over the new ladies! You guys are awesome! I'm with R.A.T. Pack also & I'll be back!
