Dr Ritzman and her assistant Natalie are so awesome to my precious ferrets! They are gentle and truly show concern for my pets. Dr Ritzman is so knowledgeable and uses evidenced based treatments to provide excellent care! I'm always included in the plan, treatment options and what followup may be involved. I highly recommend her for all small animal lovers.
Recently relocated here from Norther Nevada ( Lake Tahoe area ) and brought with me my Best friend ( Tika ) and knowing that I would have to make the decision of letting her go to rest with all the big dogs who have unfortunately made this trip My hats are off to this compassionate and loving hospital Thank you so much for being there for her and me
Very caring staff and very friendly
Dr. Ritzman is amazing. We take all of our parrots to her for exams, beak and nail trims and blood work. She is very confident about what she does and is very thorough about explaining everything. She’s very personable and is so great with our birds(even some that are more challenging). I highly recommend her to everyone!
10/10 would recommend! i was in need of an urgent appointment for a rescue kitten i had (thanks to my other vet cancelling on me the morning of) and cascade hospital was able to squeeze us in on a sunday! not only was i shocked to hear they were open on a sunday but how quick they were to get me in - when every where else gave me an incredibly long wait. the appointment itself was absolutely wonderful and all of the staff was great. everyone explained everything to me in detail to make sure i could give my little nugget the ... read more
We adopted a kitty from them in 2011. The kitty had been living at the hospital for several months. You could tell how hard it was for them to say goodbye. Caring folks! I’m happy to report our Boo Kitty is well and happy. Living the life!
My animals are always treated so well here! Leslie takes great care of both my senior dog and my young cat.
