Gave my cattle dog a vaccination without my permission (explicitly told them I didn’t want her to have it), tried to make me pay for it (I refused), and then made me feel guilty about not getting the booster. They never made me or my dog feel welcome, and I always felt like I was getting dirty looks when I had my child with me. I switched vets and have never looked back. 1. They're pretty well known for prescription mess-ups. 2. They almost killed our dog (almost OD'd the tiny pup), had horrible communication with us about what was happening, didn't apologize, and sent us a huge bill. For almost killing her. Don't come here unless you genuinely don't care about the wellbeing of your pets.
Amazing staff and incredible doctors. They have treated our pets for 12 years with compassion and kindness.
iam very thankful for them they were very kind to us when we brought in our dog bo in oct 13 .we thought bo just had a cold but it wasnt .we didnt no we had to say goodbye ..our. heart was broken he was our family and it hurt so bad.it was the hardest thing to do is put our beloved bo to sleep..then we got a card from them saying how sorry and gave us a heart full of seeds to plant for bo tears began to flow this meant alot to us then we got his tiny foot print it still hurts and I miss him everyday..thanks
