My family has used this clinic for nearly 30 years now. We love both locations, and also use their boarding and grooming services as well. Any complaints we have had over the years were "made right" before we even needed to mention it. Staff is friendly and isn't out to make a buck- they're practical and understanding. Love CHFA!!
These vets are extremely knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to make sure you understand.
Well I took my pet there with the idea she would be helped and I got pushed into putting her to sleep because the vet said she doesn't have a good quality of life. I took great care of my pet and the doctor didn't seem to care about mine or my daughter's feeling all she cared about was getting us out of the room so she could get another patient in it. I'm so disappointed as I drove 3 hrs to get there and instead of helping me she took my pet..Very unsatisfied.Will never refer anyone to this place...
Wonderful place! My dogs love to go there. They get so excited when we pull into the parking lot and race for the door! Once, when we got inside, one of the dogs escaped the leash and went straight to the back on her own. Obviously, they are very comfortable!
I haven't even been there yet (my appointment is today) but even though I am a new client, they are fitting me in when others have turned me down. I have a guinea pig who needs help and they are willing to do that. It means a lot to me.
Dr. McBride was the best. So caring, thoughtful, and thorough. He performed surgery on our 14 year old Jack Russell. Staff was great too.
Cascade Hospital for Animals has been a second home for our little Brittany, Mollie. She has been loved, pampered and taken care of in the best possible way. During good and bad times they have been there for us in their loving, compassionate way. Thank you to all of the staff and the doctors at CHFA.
Misty and Molly, I honestly don't know how you were able to groom our aged, crotchety Cricket today. She was happy, looks great and you deserve combat pay! You are THE BEST. Thanks again!
I bring my cat & rabbit to two of the vets at cascade. Dr. Ritzman did my bunnies surgery yesterday and I was very comfortable leaving the care of my pet in her hands. All of the staff has been friendly and helpful, I will be recommending to all of my friends with pets! Thank you all for taking such great care of our fur babies
