I have always liked Cascade Hospital for Animals for my other dog for boarding so when he passed and we got a new puppy we decided to also board our new puppy there even though it's 40 minutes from where we live I just picked up my dog from there he did not have his ears cleaned which was on the boarding sheet, he did not have a bath which I know they always do and he definitely needs one he smells like poop and pee and I'm not happy about it and he was not in Doggy Daycare which was also marked on the sheet. I have trusted CAH for almost 20 years. They have taken care of puppies through end of life. I have never felt pressured for any procedures and have always been presented with multiple treatment options. When it was time to put down my aging golden retriever, they came out to the house to make the experience as painless for our family and Maverick as possible. I would never go anywhere else even though I now live in Lowell.
My wife, Kristen, and I have been taking our three dogs to CHFA/Dr. C. Anderson for 8 years or so. Yesterday, two of our dogs needed to be put down - one was somewhat planned and the other was a complete and terrible surprise. Regardless, we'd like to take a moment to thank CHFA and Dr. Anderson for always being compassionate and providing our pets with loving and professional care. We appreciate all you did to help MJ and Cubbie live happy lives :)
Took my 15 year old calico, Chloe to Cascade Hospital for Animals yesterday as she wasn't feeling well. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Abel was the best! So nice and great at explaining what was going on.
Cascade Hospital for Animals is exemplary! I am so thankful for the Drs, therapists, groomers and other personnel at Cascade Hospital for Animals They have taken such great care of all of our pets.
