I have always rec'd great service at Cascade Skin. They are kind and very professional.
Dr talks too fast, he was mentoring someone new. Including my bf, there were 5 of us in an exam room. Close quarters. Dr didn’t ask me any questions or timelines for any of my issues. All he wanted to do was talk at me, not to me. I left frustrated and confused with 4-5 new meds to try and no solution or clarity
Very professional
I had problem with my new prescription being too expensive & called. Problem solved within minutes with an affordable new prescription. Everyone who works there is amazing.

Horrible customer service and billing is questionable. They billed medical insurance because I have allergies. I was there for an eye exam and new contact prescription, not a medical exam. So you can't have a regular eye exam billed to your vision insurance if you suffer from allergies?? (On a side note, woman doing contact exam and fitting was amazing. But honestly not worth the hassle of dealing with the billing issues.)
From beginning to end it was a great experience.
Do not see PA Allison Prium. She rushes in and out and spends no time with you. She rushed so much she left a 2 inch strip of sutures in my back. My basil cell surgery spot looks TERRIBLE!! I complained to the office manager and was told it was normal, and brushed me off. This is not quality health care.
