Mostly unpleasant, unhappy people. Ridiculous that they tell you one thing and do another. That’s IF you can even get in. Heaven forbid you are an established patient with an acute issue. “We are scheduling about 3 months out...” Must be nice to have such job security that you don’t even have to put any effort into helping people. HORRIBLE!
Dr Laurel Harris rushed through my appointment which was only 5 minutes long. I told her I still had questions when she tried to leave without answering any of the questions I had about the eye virus I had or the possible scratches. She was annoyed but came back in to answer some of my questions. She was also rude and condescending the entire time, bringing up my usual eye doctor who is in Seattle and she knows nothing about, it was totally off topic and a bit odd she kept mentioning him. RecommendedEveryone was friendly, but this place was pretty disorganized. I was given my pre-screen twice by mistake and had to wait a long time to be seen. Appt was 1:30pm left at 3:30pm. they are always busy and it’s hard to get an appointment; think they need to regroup, scale back and get it together, it’s like they are taking on too much or something. With that said, I recommend this place and will be back!
Great Service easy fast and accurate
My experience was good. my appointment was scheduled at the wrong clinic and a different time by my referring doctor but when I got there they looked at the schedule and fit me in so o didn't have to reschedule or be late to work.
If you something done to your eyes, I would recommend getting it done o e this clinic..
Dr talks too fast, he was mentoring someone new. Including my bf, there were 5 of us in an exam room. Close quarters. Dr didn’t ask me any questions or timelines for any of my issues. All he wanted to do was talk at me, not to me. I left frustrated and confused with 4-5 new meds to try and no solution or clarity
Horrible customer service and billing is questionable. They billed medical insurance because I have allergies. I was there for an eye exam and new contact prescription, not a medical exam. So you can't have a regular eye exam billed to your vision insurance if you suffer from allergies?? (On a side note, woman doing contact exam and fitting was amazing. But honestly not worth the hassle of dealing with the billing issues.)
