Mostly unpleasant, unhappy people. Ridiculous that they tell you one thing and do another. That’s IF you can even get in. Heaven forbid you are an established patient with an acute issue. “We are scheduling about 3 months out...” Must be nice to have such job security that you don’t even have to put any effort into helping people. HORRIBLE!

Dr Laurel Harris rushed through my appointment which was only 5 minutes long. I told her I still had questions when she tried to leave without answering any of the questions I had about the eye virus I had or the possible scratches. She was annoyed but came back in to answer some of my questions. She was also rude and condescending the entire time, bringing up my usual eye doctor who is in Seattle and she knows nothing about, it was totally off topic and a bit odd she kept mentioning him. RecommendedI just finished having cataract surgery on both eyes with Dr. Chen. She's wonderful! I did have a long wait to get an appointment for the first surgery, but got lucky on the second one - she had a cancellation, and instead of having to wait until the end of January, I was able to get the second eye done just two weeks after the first one. My entire experience with Dr. Chen and the staff at Cascade has been excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
RecommendedEveryone was friendly, but this place was pretty disorganized. I was given my pre-screen twice by mistake and had to wait a long time to be seen. Appt was 1:30pm left at 3:30pm. they are always busy and it’s hard to get an appointment; think they need to regroup, scale back and get it together, it’s like they are taking on too much or something. With that said, I recommend this place and will be back!
