RecommendedI am in the process of having cataracts removed from both eyes. I went to Cascade Skin & Eye at Downtown Puyallup location. Dr. Chen, left eye is now complete. Involved two pre op appointments, then the surgery on left eye, then three post op appointments. Now we are beginning the same process for my right eye. This place uses notification devices like you sometimes find at restaurants. I always feel like I should get a meal, but they are effective so it's not really a complaint. Service was quick and thorough (I was just there for a skin check since I've had a basal cell carcinoma in the past). I was in and out in 30 minutes. Place is clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I tried someone else once, but came back to this place. Very satisfied.
By not cancelling an appointment that was made 3 months in advance then try rescheduling the week before to another office 20+ miles away and 2 more months down the road. Not cool and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Will take any future business elsewhere and hope others do the same!
RecommendedI took my mom into the Puyallup location for cataract surgery, the first eye was a few months ago and was a great experience. She just had the second eye done with the same great experience. Dr Rausch is so patient with her, the nurses took such good care of her and were so patient as well. When we went back for the post op, the lady at the front desk Sallena was amazing (we’ve had her for several appts and she is always so helpful and polite). Such a great overall experience.
