Terrible service. This company does not respond to emails “promptly” if at all. Not helpful whatsoever in providing additional information about “the exceeding overstock of equipment that they can’t show online” I’ve heard now; after inquiring more about this company, that large equipment is delivered not as shown in pictures. Dirty, parts missing, dents in the equipment even. Does it get tossed around in the back of a truck? Is there no quality control check? I am a 59 yo dentist, starting a brand new startup practice. Buying new equipment simply didn't make sense, but I still wanted high quality and reliable utilities and delivery systems.
