Troy and Eli are great -- they shipped a chair across the country and the freight carrier damaged it during shipping. These guys sent overnight parts and got it up and running ASAP. When frustrating things like that happen, it's nice to know people like Troy and Eli will make things right!
Amazing Experience dealing with Troy/Eli. Ordered a dental chair and monitor mount and the whole process went really well, involving cross-border shipping/customs! Would definitely recommend and use their services in the future!
I purchased 2 complete dental chairs and a 3rd doctor's delivery unit from these guys. Everything worked as intended. Shipping was done properly, and on-time, even a bit early actually. Every time I called I reached either Troy or Eli and they returned my texts and/or emails promptly. My chairs look great, my Service Tech installed them with little-to-no issues. Good product and service. . Had to send an adec 511 back after being badly damaged during transit. Fortunately they were able to get another one ready and shipped out within a week. Very thankful for that. If you’re looking for reconditioned equipment, you’re not gonna go wrong buying from these guys.
