I purchased 2 complete dental chairs and a 3rd doctor's delivery unit from these guys. Everything worked as intended. Shipping was done properly, and on-time, even a bit early actually. Every time I called I reached either Troy or Eli and they returned my texts and/or emails promptly. My chairs look great, my Service Tech installed them with little-to-no issues. Good product and service. . Had to send an adec 511 back after being badly damaged during transit. Fortunately they were able to get another one ready and shipped out within a week. Very thankful for that. If you’re looking for reconditioned equipment, you’re not gonna go wrong buying from these guys.

I was introduced to Troy at pre-owned dental by one of my colleagues. I had already talked to a couple of other companies but Troy’s quality of service was higher. He helped me to purchase Adec equipment and cabinets for one whole new room at my office and I was very happy with the whole experience including installation and delivery. Terrible service. This company does not respond to emails “promptly” if at all. Not helpful whatsoever in providing additional information about “the exceeding overstock of equipment that they can’t show online” I’ve heard now; after inquiring more about this company, that large equipment is delivered not as shown in pictures. Dirty, parts missing, dents in the equipment even. Does it get tossed around in the back of a truck? Is there no quality control check? I am a 59 yo dentist, starting a brand new startup practice. Buying new equipment simply didn't make sense, but I still wanted high quality and reliable utilities and delivery systems.
