    I was referred to Cascade because both of my arms and wrists were numb and I thought I had carpal tunnel and was going that route through my insurance- omg- my very first visit was not typical for a chiropractor-I had a thorough x-ray and discussion- most chiropractors don’t do X-rays ! After reviewing my X-ray with Dr. Race right then we discussed my issues - I now have both arms mostly free of pain and numbness- he knows where all of my issues are more than me and always relieves them!!! Best adjustments I’ve ever had - and so much more - family owned business that legitimately cares about their patients !

    What do I recommend about Race & Sara? That if you start, you'll never want to quit. the whole crew is an enjoyable experience, they help make the rest of whatever you have to endure, tolerable.

    Dr.Race and Dr. Sara are very knowledgeable and personable. I have been going here for quite some time. I was in a car accident and Dr. Race has been extremely helpful in my recovery.
