Very professional people.
Technician did a great job and we've had no problems thus far (about a month). I'm giving a low rating because they advertised $100 off and a $25 restaurant gift card and it was a hoax. It was really only $81 dollars off and the gift card is really a certificate that has no $25 dollar option (only $10 and $15) which can only be used on purchases of twice the amount of the certificate and are not redeemable with any other offer.
