Love this place.. the property manager Lauren and her crew Jordan, Lia and Ayana are absolutely amazing. They are very friendly, approachable and keen to help. The on-site property maintenance people (like Kyle) are also wonderful and have helped me out more than once. The property is brand spanking new and with a very efficient crew managing it, this has been a great move-in experience.
My experience at Cascade Apartments has been excellent. I was looking for a quiet luxurious apartment that is close to my workplace and that is walking distance to restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Cascade has over delivered on everything. The staff is SUPER nice and responsive. They are dedicated to making sure you have a 5 star experience. This is my first time living somewhere where I truly feel like the apartment staff cares about tenets' living experience.
Cool building and gotta love the charm of that staff guy from North Carolina.
