100% would recommend to friends and family and will be returning!!! I misplaced a pin to my watch band. Seems simple enough to replace. But Casavante's was the sixth jeweler that I called to find a replacement pin. Casavante's told me that they have over 100 different pins as replacements. I took the watch to them and they fixed the band with a replacement pin in under 10 minutes.
