TK was able to help my now fiancee, find the absolute perfect ring for me. The level of customer service you get here is great and could never be compared to that of big box stores, or even commercial wholesale retailers. TK really helps guide you through pros and cons, and not only is he really knowledgeable but also kind so you always feel like you're just talking to a friend.
My fiancé and I just purchased my wedding band from here and I have to say it was easily the best experience we had at any jewelry store. We’ve been looking around for a while until we randomly stumbled into Casavante. The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable and some of the nicest people I have met. They also had by far the biggest selection of men’s wedding bands we had seen. Will absolutely be using them for any of my jewelry purchases going forward. Oh and I absolutely love my ring!
100% would recommend to friends and family and will be returning!!! After inheriting a family ring from my grandmother a few months ago, I decided it was finally worth taking the risk of getting it resized instead of taking the chance of losing it.
