Good v Courteous service!
Went in to my appointment today and couldn't believe how rude the receptionist was. I was told to sit in a certain chair (social distancing) and I told her I'd rather not, but I would stand next to it. I'm an immunosuppressed lung transplant patient and Dr.'s lobby chairs (any lobby for that matter) are very dangerous to me so I generally stand. She then said in a very loud, nasty tone of voice "You can just wait outside then." Guess what? This dump is not the only game in town. Cancelled my appointment on the spot. I've now... read more
