I go to Casablanca often and the low score is for the inconsistency and wrong orders! Nothing more frustrating than waiting in the long lines during lunch hour, waiting for a yummy burrito that you can already imagine biting into, but getting home or back to work and biting into something completely different. For example, asking for no cheese or no potatoes in a burrito and having it loaded with them. I like there food..but its always inconsistant..half the burrito will have tomatoes but not the other half..or house sauce on one side not the other...or they will subsitute something like put salsita for tomatoes...when i didnt ask...i think they should just tell me they have no tomatoes :/ and its hard to open a burrito when im driving thru to check...i think it should be consistant and you know what your getting everytime! Please work on this....

Shout out to Casablanca! Never have to worry about checking to make sure there are no tomatoes in my wraps. Might seem like a little thing, but with allergies it makes such a difference.
