Worst complex I ve lived in maintance takes too long as far as responding time. They don t fix things correctly, for example I needed my blinds fixed and later found out they just used some black tape to fix it. When we first signed are contract we were told no pets and that they were working on getting rid of all pets 8 months later they still have pets running around everywhere. I have lived at Casa Saldana for about 2 1/2 years, and I can honestly say that I have been very happy here. I had water come in to my apartment, but management fixed the problem as soon as they could. Of course, it will happen again when another hurricane hits with 150 mph winds. So far, Ive had an excellent experience, I just follow their rules n no problems at all! I definetly recommend this place to anyone.
As far as Casa Saldana goes i lived there for 2 years. I had to move out due to my apt always getting flooded and nobody would ever want to help clean up the water. My apt also had termites and that problem was also never taken care of. Due to the flooding we got mold and they only went and removed the moldy paint and repainted it. I was very unsatisfied with those apts. Till this day I have not gotten my deposit back they keep giving me the round around. these are very nice apartments but the owner veronica is such a ***** if you know what i mean...she turns to the athorities for everything and is in everyones buisness...and she does whatever to get money out of people...im really dissapointed in there staff because i really like there apartment there clean and quiet nice place to live but you wont be happy with her (veronica) she needs to get fired...if there was someone new then the rating on the apartment complex would be great...
They are way too picky about the stuff you can have in the patio such as a cigarrette butt container. All residents recieved notices that cigarrette butts were not to be thrown around thier property so we took measures to prevent this. We took out a cigarrette butt container to put the butts in. Awhile after that we recieved a letter stating that we could not have the container in our patio. Management told us to put the butts in a trash bag and throw the bag inside. Apparently they dont care about fire hazards.
I do not agree with the review that last given. I have lived at Casa Saldana for 2 years and Veronica is strictand goes by the rules which for one I am in total agreement with it keep the property looking nice and the people in order. I have always paid my rent on time an I have never had any problems with any of the staff. In fact i ran into a problem and (veronica) and her staff were a big help to me. I have recommended them to others and will continue too.
