I cannot begin to say enough things about how nice and easy they are to work with. I know the process at TCU can be frustrating finding housing so far in advance and they make it easy. Wonderful, wonderful folks to work with.
We just completed a two year lease with Casa Rana and it has gone extremely well! Within the last year they have implemented a new system on the resident portal to report issues and they always respond promptly...it's the best way to get action fast. There are two ladies (Laura and Lori) they have a lot of units to manage and they can be hard to get a hold of but they do respond and get things done ASAP. I used Casa Rana for my housing at TCU and i have to say they have been very helpful with repairs, maintenance, and any other problems that i’ve had when living there. Laura is so nice and helpful when I do run into issues! Highly recommend using Casa Rana for all of your renting needs!
