We have rented from Casa Rana for the last two years. Move in was difficult as the flooring was in terrible shape and it took several phone calls and e mails to corporate due to unresponsiveness from local office to resolve. They promised us over and over for side paving rocks over the muddy grass on side yard and never installed. Getting a hold of anyone is very hard as they screen their calls. Move out we were double charged for paint above and beyond normal wear and tear. They charged paint for screw holes as well as regu... read more
My son lived at a TCU Casa Rana home for the last two years has been a fantastic experience living there with his close friends from TCU. He was very sad to leave. Laura was great to work with and be sure all was taken care of in the home. Thank you!
