After being referred to Banyan I was completely disappointed in every aspect of the service I recieved. I recieved 2 therapy sessions before their funding was cut and I was left with no where to turn. After ending therapy, I saw a psychiatrist at Banyan. Again another disappointing service. The psychiatrist was eating a sandwhich with the door open throughout the entirety of my appointment. Zero privacy or confidentiality.
