Casa Mexicana in Paducah has friendly staff — my waitress was sweet and attentive at first, but service slowed down after she handed me off to another server who wasn’t as good, unfortunately her shift was ending. The enchilada and taco were pretty mediocre, more Americanized Mexican food than authentic. Could definitely use bolder seasoning and better flavors. Overall, it’s okay if you’re in a pinch, but nothing special.”
