Casa Mechanical was the HVAC installer for my new home build in San Antonio. Recently, the main drain line clogged, but the secondary drain line failed to drain the drip pan. Period. I checked the end of the secondary drain line (by the front door) and there was zero moisture on the ground and the doormat was completely dry, despite water dripping down from my ceiling underneath the HVAC system. Since the build process, we have not had any trust or reliance on CASA's ability to provide excellent customer service. We had an independent HVAC specialist come out and evaluate the unit and duct work while the walls were still open. The independent HVAC specialists pointed out several issues and indicated that the system would not work for the size of the home, even with the damper systems. We have owned our house for less than 2 years and the original installation was done by Casa Mechanical we had constant issues in my mothers apartment from day 1. We called and asked multiple times to have someone come out and take a look to see if there was anything wrong with the ac unit in our new house. (6 service calls in less than 2 years) later we have an issue, we notice water dripping out of the overflow above my back porch. CASA MECHANICAL I just had a new heat pump installed at my home. I cannot say enough about CASA MECHANICAL. The workmanship, courteous atitiude, and hepful explaining the new thermostats. They cleaned up after themselves and professionally did the installation. If you call them for plumbing or heating you will not be disappointed. We recently had a technician named Kevin S come to our house to adjust the temperature in the rooms to balance it out. After he left, I received the invoice from him and on that invoice (what he wrote) is not professional, and hurtful to a customer-company relationship. He wrote this in his note: “I told H/o last two times to adjust grill if needed in heat mode and re-open in summer and to use ceiling fan, none of which is being done each time I return-NO ISSUE.
