If I could give zero stars, I would. We bought a ***** sq ft new build in Oct 2021, and the **** system installed (2.5 ton) is far too smallmultiple independent **** pros have confirmed it should be at least 3.5 tons.We reported the issue during the warranty period, but were told the unit only needs to cool the home by 20 degrees. Later, they claimed we were only covered for airflow. I would say this is a borderline shady company. Casa did the plumbing work for our new home. We had numerous plumbing issues arise that I simply find unacceptable for a new home. We also had to pay our builder a significant amount of money to have the ability to install a soft water unit down the road if we ever chose to do so. Casa used a very non standard size pipe (I believe ****") that would be incompatible with virtually any soft water unit on the market. I have been dealing with HVAC issues since I purchased my home. To date they still can not figure out was wrong and now that we are triple digit temperatures, it has worsen. I dont recommend them. I have been very patient but now that patience has left me hot for example temperatures are at 88 downstairs and 104 upstairs

CASA Mechanical installed all of the HVAC equipment in our house when we built it in 2008, and I have used them ever since for routine maintenance and occasional emergencies. I have never had a problem. The technicians who come to my house are always competent and professional. (This review pertains only to the HVAC side of CASA Mechanical since I don't have enough experience with the plumbing side to post a review.)

Very unprofessional and borderline shady. Lennar chose these crooks to install the HVAC on my home in 2017. 2019 comes and the HVAC experiences a failure just outside of warranty. The warranty is contracted through ABC Contractors. Initially it was thought to be the heat pump, but later they came to find the Honeywell Ventilation System was improperly wired which caused multiple parts on the HVAC system to fail prematurely resulting in multiple return visits. Casa installed the HVAC in our new home 2014. We have had them do our yearly maintenance on a service agreement for a fee, which covers emergencies. On Sunday, 9/6/20, our air conditioner stopped working. I called them on an emergency call. We are 78 years old, and I explained to Tanya that my husband has COPD and a heart conditioner, and he could not go without air conditioning. She insisted that we were not covered by an agreement. Needed a new HVAC. Talked to several firms. Picked Casa--good reputation, good product, good price and I liked the guidance the salesman gave me. We went with the upgraded unit. Casa had the best price and was able to install in jusst tow days (everyone else was nearly a week out. Wow -too hot for that! Tehy did a nice workmanlike job. I really like the upgraded unit--VERY quiet--and the multi-speed fan moves the air so smoothly that I never feel that big blowing air that I used to when the unit came on--and I do not hear an... read more
