Just lost my business forever. Maybe the problem was Saturday night busy...there is never a reason for poor customer service though. My steak was pretty much rare and the broccoli was hard. It would have been nice to offer to take that off the bill. Nope just poor all together.
The best i have in this area from columbus but i will be back!

It is a great place to dine! Also to have reunions in the party room!
Best Prime Rib in town! Garlic mashed potatoes and breadsticks rock there too! You must get there early on Saturday evening to find a table!
It is our family place to go. We love Kobe food and all are so friendly
