I had my vehicle serviced two weeks ago and the service I received was great. My car was fixed quickly and so far the problem has not come back. So for customer service I have to give 5 starts to this dealership, even when I have only needed service once.However, I cannot give 5 starts to Casa Kia as a dealership because I still remember how stressful the buying process was. About 6 months ago a purchased a vehicle i was told there was no issue with the vehicle. Turns out that now that im trying to refinance the vehicle i was told that the car was in a major crash and the value for the car was a lot lower than the balance on the car. A significant amount higher. Now im stuck with a car that is worth less than half of what its actually worth due to the accident. What should i do?
