The worst costumer service ever. I stopped by for an oil change and recall. ***** who was my service agent great however the real misery began when I took his offer for the shuttle service. **** the driver of the shuttle was the most unprofessional and unpleasant person I have ever encountered. That man has anger issues or really hates his job. I had my vehicle serviced two weeks ago and the service I received was great. My car was fixed quickly and so far the problem has not come back. So for customer service I have to give 5 starts to this dealership, even when I have only needed service once.However, I cannot give 5 starts to Casa Kia as a dealership because I still remember how stressful the buying process was.
