We were told it would be a 20-minute wait but we got seated in less than five minutes. The place was very crowded but we got our chips right away. Ditto with the drinks and food. However, when we needed extra stuff, the waiter who was very busy due to the big crowd, sometimes forgot what was requested. But when asked again, we got what we wanted. Good food but really noisy. Especially when the mariaci's were playing, could not have a conversation.
Arrived at 6:50pm and put my name down. Was told the wait was 30-45 mins which was fine, we were meeting family from out of town, we were a party of 10. We ended up being seated at 8:20pm, That's NOT okay. There was a male supervisor at the front, didn't catch his name but he was so rude when I went up to see why its taking this long. We went there on Saturday night for a birthday celebration with 18 members of our family. We had made reservations 2 weeks prior for 6 pm and everyone arrived early. We were not seated until about 6:40. Once we were seated the drink orders were taken and then the food. We were not served the food until 7:45pm.
