Soooo happy to be free of this place. Management is very strict, even when you are doing nothing wrong feels like they are watching you. Lease is 50 pages, repetitive and I’m sure not fully legal. No fans in bathrooms so mold is an issue. Maintenance requests are magically lost so you never hear back. One parking spot per unit while manager has multiple spaces for his cars. Rude even when you are nice and cordial upon move out. Does illegal practices . Washer doesn’t really wash clothes. Dryers don’t really dry. Do laundry at a real laundromat. Buyer beware.
