I’ve been coming here for years and it feels like home. The food is excellent with generous portions and a quality you can taste. The service is always impeccable with plates coming out in record time even when they are packed to the brim. The atmosphere most nights are that it is quiet and unassuming but in Tuesday’s it ramps up!
This place has the best Mexican food I've had in a long time. It's been there for 40 years. That says something about a small hole in the wall place. Clearly they are doing things right. Food: you can tell its made in house from only fresh ingredients. Chips: made in house from fresh cut corn tortillas. They are the amazing thin, extra crispy kind. First, the good news. The service was excellent. The food was ok. However, the prices were high compared to other nearby options. Also, they add a credit card surcharge which was not clear before I got the bill.
