very good – Some friends of mine had thier wedding rehersal dinner here. We had a buffet so I was able to taste many dishes. There was chisken fajitas, cheese enchiladas, chicken and rice and of course refried beans. The food was excellent. Great salsa too. We had the whole patio to ourselves and it's right on the ocean. There were a couple of people that tried to crash our party since we had open bar and security wasted no time in kicking them out when we asked them to leave and they refused. Can't wait to go again.
Way better than El Coyote – This is one of those totally retro places with red leather booths and dark lighting. Nothing has changed(other than the prices) in 30 years. In terms of sevice this place rocks, but not as much as the margaritas do. If you can drink 3 and still walk a straight line, either you're a total alcoholic or you weigh over 300lbs! Food is OK, but not great, but if you want to know, they have good crunchy tacos, great tostadas, but avoid the tamales.
Hide out – This is a great little spot that doesn't look so good on the outside, but is great on the inside. great food, with drinks that will leave you still heavy in the wallet. I totally recomend this spot to anyone.
THE BEST MARGARITA – Average food but by far the best margarita I have ever had! But beware...more than one of their blended margaritas and you may not be able to find your way home! And very friendly service!
