Absolutely terrible experience with this real estate company. We submitted a full application and were denied based on false and careless information. They claimed they couldn’t verify my employment, even though my HR department completed their employment verification form and sent it directly back to them, which I confirmed and provided proof of. Locked us out of our rental property. Could not access on move out day. Tristan is hanging up on me. I can’t get my things. They are telling me I have to pay for extra days of possession even though I have not resided at the property and did not lock the deadbolt. This company is terrible. There’s no manager to speak to. I get referred back to the person who hung up on me. There is not one decent human working for this company. Don’t waste your time.
Horrible Experience: Eddie Hill is a joke. Horrible communication and zero professionalism. Would not recommend working with this company if Eddie Hill is assigned to you.
