Always visit this place when in Vegas. It is a classic. Alfredo, the server, was attentive and personable.
After living in south Texas along the Mexico border for 27 years I moved to Las Vegas. I thought my chance for real Mexican food was gone for good until a new friend turned me on to this place. Granted I've only eaten here one time, I had the lunch special chili relleno, but it was incredible! The rice was also very very good. It comes with beans and choice of tortillas as well. Sitting here now. The food is completely bland. Their chips are not even seasoned and their salsa just taste like jalapeños. I am not impressed with the refried beans either. I'm not really sure why this place is packed with people. I had high expectations. I almost finished my meal and nobody's even check to see how everything is. A complete disappointment!
