If I would I would give this people 0 stars be careful leasing here ! They will sent you to collections after you moved out (2years) ! I’m fighting with them to remove those stuff from collections since I never got any notice just found out I was in collection I left the apts back in 2023 & now I’m in collection 2025
Antes habia dado una opinion porque verdaderamente no tenia de que quejarme, pero nos cambiamos de apartamento y esto a sido horrible las solicitudes de mantenimiento las arreglan cuando les da la gana , en la renta te cobran una fumigación que para que vayan tienes que pasarte un mes pidiéndola, el apartamento para el que nos cambiamos lleno de cucarachas , el aire con problemas , los tomas corrientes no funcionas , asi como exigen el pago de la renta , cumplan ustedes sus obligaciones como arrendador
A pesar de que no esta en una buena zona , el lugar es super tranquilo , no se pierden los paquetes , me encanta vivir aqui
