When moving into this complex it truly looked like an amazing affordable place to live and we were happy for a few months until hearing horror stories from other residents that we soon found out were true. Every other day there is an email regarding another car broken into or stolen from the property itself(number is in the dozens per year). I lived there for four years and was mostly happy. Felt safe. I was angry when they vut down the lemon ytrr outside mine apartment. Just stupid.
Maintenance and management is on top of any problem immediately. Usually fixed the same day you report a problem. The atmosphere is friendly, safe, calm and quiet. Mostly adults and a few families. A little on the expensive side but overall the best managed apartment I've ever had.
I love living here. Great location, well kept, quiet, friendly, always improving. I've experienced some horrible places so this is superb especially for the price. I recommend (:
Eh. Lived here for a couple years apart from the one old neighbor (BOB) we never had complaints. Everyone hated him and he complained about everyone, you would think he would move or get a life but as you know not everyone is happy in life. The managers were very unprofessional to say the least. Unexpected visits to your apartment door step, without a call? Just weird to me. Hope this place can get it together!
