Casa de Luz is my single favorite restaurant in Austin!
Absolutely delicious healthy plant-based cuisine! Love that the food was flavorful without being salty and thank you for not using oil as well!! ^_^ I could eat here every day!!!
I worked at Casa during the construction of what we called the 'new' In 1998 and as a manager there after it opened in 1999. I think a year and a half in all...What a fantastic life changing effect it had on me. I loved the campus and the people. If any of you who see this knew me, please reach out!
