Comfortable atmosphere with tasty macrobiotic food. They describe themselves as vegetarian - must have a little dairy in some sauces or dressings - but it would easy to stay vegan just ask. Breakfast are self serve all you can eat. Lunch and dinner self serve soup and salad with a fixed entrée. Senior discount lunch and dinner.
My daughter took me to Casa De Luz for lunch. I absolutely loved knowing that everything was gluten and dairy free and that whatever I ate was going to be OK for me. Even the desserts were awesome. Thank you!
This place is a "DeLuz-ious" place to heal your social abused taste sensory. Rethink healthy eating in a zen place where pulling out your cellphone is not "appropriate". Invite your "not vegan" friend to a cool place to show him/her a different way of eating.....
I can't wait to come back weekly! Yum! Every item was perfect especially the sweet potato soup and mint salad!
