Food was great. I had 3-4 different salsa's;my favorite was the Chipotle. They had several vegetarian and vegan options which was outstanding. I had the vegan chili. and the vegetarian open faced flatbread sandwich. I would have called it a pizza but there is no arguement with the taste. I was also so impressed with the fact that it is employee owned, and they do not accept tips, they simply pay a higher wage for their waitstaff. The staff are friendly and service oriented. The food was very good. Local and sustainable producers help the chef craft snacks and meals that please. The local selection of beer featured fine craft selections. Worker owned is another feature that makes the atmosphere inviting. Thanks
I was very excited to find this hidden gem while visiting Athens this week. It’s very rare to find such a vegan friendly restaurant in a small town. Not only was the atmosphere great but the service was excellent. I was very impressed with their extensive menu and very delicious food. This will certainly be a local favorite if I am ever in Athens again.

Casa has the best huevos I've ever eaten. The standard by which all others are measured. I've only had one thing at Casa that I didn't like, and honestly... I think it was a homecoming - day snafu.
We don't eat out often, but when we do we go to Casa. Good food, good people, good business.
