Went on a nostalgia trip to Athens with family and had breakfast at Casa Nueva just as we always did when our daughter was at OU. It's always a great experience and the food is wonderful. See you next year I hope.
I live in Vienna, WV and make it to the Athens Market and Casa Nueva occasionally with friends. If we can get in this popular local restaurant, it is a real treat! Excellent food and customer service! The enchiladas taste like they were grown in a garden!
We keep hearing how great Cass Nueva was so we have it a try Parents weekend. The food is outstanding! Best queso we ever had. Berry salsa was the special and should be added to the menu. Wait staff is excellent. We will be back!!
Average food. Norhing to cheer about. Time from ordering to sevice was long and slow.
The spicy Bloody Mary's are the best. Huevos Rancheros are my favorite. Very nice staff.
As an OU alum, Casa is a stop every time I'm back in Athens. It's an all-time favorite restaurant.
I took a seat in the Cantina and had a locally brewed Porter and Lager. Both were good and service was prompt and friendly. When my date arrived, were reseated in the dining area. Server checked on us often and appetizer and main courses were delicious. One of the very few restaurants I've dined at that will not accept tips. Loved the service, atmosphere and food. Will definitely return many times.
Loved the atmosphere and the house margaritas were great! The food was exceptionally fantastic. We will make it a point to eat here everytime we visit Athens.
